EXAM
1. Definition of Physical Therapy
Answer The evaluation and treatment of a person by physical measures and the use of therapeutic
exercises and rehabilitative procedures, with or without assistive devices, for the purpose of preventing, correcting
or alleviating any disability
2. Definition of Physical Therapist
Answer A person who practices or provides patient education and instruction
of physical therapy. An individual who performs the initial; examination unless that therapist has transferred the
responsibility for management of the patient's care to another
