(captain my senior year), I rowed crew for a year, and I was also involved in the Latin
club
what was your accomplishment in high school? - answerI would say being accepted into
Michigan State, and knowing that all the hard work that I had put in for those four years
was going to be paying off at a fantastic 4 year college.
define professionalism? - answer Professionalism to me means conducting yourself in a
manner that is appropriate and beneficial to the company you are representing at all
times, especially under difficult or challenging circumstances.
what do you think customer service means? - answerI think customer services means
putting the customer and their needs first while maintaining a professional attitude and
having not only a good base of knowledge on the task at hand, but effective problem
solving and communication skills as well to convey information to the customer.
Have you ever faced adversity? Explain - answerWhen I was first hired at Paycom my
manager was out on maternity leave for the first four months, and there was supposed
to be a replacement filling in for her on site but there was a mix up and they never
showed. So instead of having the traditional onboarding experience into the company, I
had to learn how to do almost everything on my own or with the help of my teammates.
It made me more resourceful, and it made me more willing to ask for help when I
needed it.
what are three things you could work on? - answer- being more patient with myself
- being more tidy in my personal life
- being more disciplined with daily tasks
why do you want to move to Saint Louis? what attracts you to this city or state? -
answerI want to move to Saint Louis to become an Onsite Specialist for Stryker, that is
what attracts me to this position- secondarily my sister and my brother in law who I am
both very close with right now live in Saint Louis and I am excited about the possibility of
living down the road from them.
