Reformer Flow - ANSWEROffered as level 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5. It uses EXO Chair,
barre, TRX, and Springboard with 60% of the class on the Reformer. Most traditional
class.
Control - ANSWEROffered as levels 1.5, 2.0. This class is for the barre junky. Half
the class will be on the reformer and half will use the barre, gliders, springboard, and
fitness ball.
F.I.T - ANSWEROffered as levels 2.0, 2.5. This is functional interval training so it will
have high-intensity bursts with reformer and basic Pilates as its rest.
Center + Balance - ANSWEROffered as levels 1.0,1.5, 2.0. This class involves light
movement with a focus on stretching all range of motions.
Restore - ANSWEROffered as levels 1.0, 1.5. This class focuses on myofascial
release and foam rolling
Teen - ANSWERThis class focuses on helping teens create healthy habits and it is
also great for teen athletes. This class is only held in select locations.
Cardio Sculpt - ANSWEROffered as level 1.0,1.5,2.0. This class uses interval
training with the jumpboard. 15-25 minutes worth of jumping depending on which
level is being taught.
Suspend - ANSWEROffered as levels 1.5, 2.0. This class is split between TRX and
reformer.
