conducted? - ANSWER At least once every calendar week, but no more
than 9 days between inspections
When does DHEC recommend conducting an inspection? - ANSWER
Within 24 hours of the end of a storm event >1 inch
When can inspections end? - ANSWER When final stabilization has
been achieved on all areas of the site
What happens if primary and secondary permittees do not share
