In deze toets gaat het om het schrijven van een rapportage over de opvoedsituatie van een jeugdige van 7-15 jaar. Om een goede rapportage te schrijven ga je informatie ophalen over de opvoedsituatie van de jeugdige. Dit doe je door gesprekken te voeren met de jeugdige, de ouder(s) van de jeugdige en iemand die niet onderdeel van het gezin is, maar wel een opvoedende rol heeft ten aanzien van de jeugdige. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld een oppas, familielid buiten het gezin, een trainer of een leerkracht zijn. Verder bestudeer je de verplichte literatuur en maak je gebruik van de inhoud die je uit de lessen haalt.

Voor u ligt het verslag in kaart 2: ‘rapport’.

Mijn naam is Samina Milanovic, ik ben 23 jaar en ik zit in het eerste jaar van de opleiding Social Work op de
hogeschool in Utrecht.

In opdracht voor het centrum voor Jeugd en Gezin (CJG) heb ik een rapportage geschreven over familie S. U kunt
in deze rapportage teruglezen over de opvoedsituatie, draaglasten en draagkrachten van zowel de jeugdige als
het gezin. Het gezin geeft toestemming voor het gebruik van namen.

In de inleiding die zich op de volgende pagina bevindt, kunt u een overzicht lezen over wat u kunt teug vinden in
de rapportage.
