, CSFM shall be responsible for verifying FDNY hot work permit and supervising the issuance of
authorizations for hot work operations - daily
a fire guard is required at each hot work operation while in progress and shall continue on site for
minimum of 30 minutes after each hot work operation is complete. A log book shall be maintained on

a fire guard shall be assigned one floor below hot work operations for fire exposures that are not
observable by fire guard on the floor above - daily
a fire guard shall perform patrols from 1600-2400 (4pm-12am) - daily
all fire guards shall have Certificate of Fitness - maintained as needed
