This document contains the notes I made when I took the Law of Persons module in my first year. The notes all come from the textbook, study guide and the casebook. I passed the module the first time consulting these notes. The textbook was written by Jacqueline Heaton.

This document series consists of summary notes for the two Criminal Law Modules offered in the second year of the LLB degree namely the CRW2601 and CRW2602 modules. These notes contain notes from both of the study guides and the shared prescribed textbook.

This document is a collection of notes I made for the CRW2602 module. It includes notes from both the study guide given to us by UNISA as well as notes from the prescribed textbook Criminal Law by CR Snyman.

This document is a collection of the notes I took for the exam for CRW2601. The notes come from the prescribed textbook, the study guide provided by UNISA, and a couple notes from the tutorial classes, but very few.
