This Contract Law 2024 PQ Guide Pack includes summaries of all potential PQ topics except statutorily implied terms. This is because all of the guides are summarised in my own words and I did not see the point in doing that for the many statutes that are part of the statutorily implied terms topic. Please do not copy and paste as these exact words were used in my 2024 exam.
