*sf/milk alt mocha scoops are 1-2-2, since its half sweet, we use half the flavor. we also
add dark chocolate in it since almond milk is used to replace the chocolatey flavor that
the mocha mix provides*
large iced decaf hazelnut mocha chiller - ANSWER- 2 scoops hazelnut
- 2 scoops dark chocolate
- 4 shots

*we only use mocha mix in a decaf mocha chiller, otherwise it is whole milk. this is a
special seven because decaf espresso is used, so scoops change from 1-1-2 to 2-3-4
and pour lines change from 8-12-16 to 6-9-12 because it will be blended*
large sugar free drinkable vanilla hot chocolate - ANSWER- 1 scoop sf vanilla
- 1 scoop sf chocolate
- smooth mix
- 140 degrees
*smooth mix is the only truly sugar free milk, we will use half chocolate and then half
any other flavor(s)*
small iced half sweet mocha with an extra shot and caramel drizzle - ANSWER- no
flavor
- 1/2 smooth mix
- 1/2 mocha mix
- 3 shots of espresso
- caramel around the cup and on the top
*no flavor is added to a regular mocha, so it being half sweet changes nothing. you will
do 1/2 mocha mix 1/2 smooth mix to give the customer half of the chocolatey flavor. 3
espresso shots because all smalls have 2 espresso shots, so adding one more would
make it 3 in total*
