An applicant in order to be a licensed pharmacist shall:
(a). have satisfied the Board that he or she is of good moral and professional character;
(b). be at least eighteen (18) years of age;
(c). hold a baccalaureate degree in pharmacy or a doctor of pharmacy degree granted by a school or
college of pharmacy program that is accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education;
