-PSA of four nanograms per milliliter
-age 40 to 49 should have a value of less than 2.5
-50 to 59 should have a value less than 3.5
, -60 to 69 a value less than 4.5
-age 70 to 79 a value of less than 6.5

Take the lowest age in the range and subtract 15....ex 50-15=45 so 4.5
is your answer but also...need to do a needle biopsy and an ultrasound
to identify solid nodules
Testicular cancer: PE findings?

-Testicular cancer is a malignant tumor of the testicle
-Germ cell, which accounts for 90 to 95%
-Non germ cell accounts for five to 10% of the cases.
-solid firm, non-tender unilateral testicular mass.
-fullness, heaviness, or a dull ache in the scrotum, lower abdomen or
perianal area.
-Gynecomastia is a present in 5% of patients with germ cell tumors.
-erectile dysfunction or loss of libido
