1. "Who do you want to be when you grow up?" - what are your long term plans
in career correct answer I would like to continue working in aviation safety to gain
experience and become more knowledgeable in my field. In the far long term, I
want to take a consultant position or work for an international government body
such as ICAO or IATA contributing to the Safety in Aviation as a whole.
1. Are you a team player? correct answer Yes. I alwlhays have had a good
reputation from my team members or coworkers as a good team player being
respectful and doing my job well. But I am also a good independent worker and
this self-initiative at the same time helps my team too because I go beyond my
duty if it is for the team without any requests.
1. Are you good at cers and decs? correct answer I am very familiar with decs
because that is what I use every day at work. Unfortunately, I need some training
for cers. But, I have experiences with wbat so if I have some time to learn how to
use cers, I believe I can get used to it very fast because I am a fast learner. When I
was in clt training center, I also needed just 5 days to catch up with the pilots in
training and graduated with the highest scores. When I was at CommutAir, I also
started working on WBAT just a couple of days later.
1. Define a good attitude. What are some ways to turn a bad attitude in to a good
attitude? correct answer Being respectful to each other and being responsible.
Approaching and Listening to people who have inappropriate manners or
irresponsible for their duties will be a way to understand their situations but
make them recognized their bad attitude at the same time. Then it enables to
continue the conversation by sharing some opinions and giving some motivations.
If it does not work, getting some assistance with the company systems for work
environment can be the way to turn a bad attitude into a good attitude.

my flights diverted to another airport due to mx problem and landed safe on my

reached out to the scheduled airport and the alternate airport to update, worked

hard time once having a Defensive captain who did not want to cooperate and
communicate.
One Ca had a flight departing from an airport with wet runways but not
contaminated. The ca gave a call with an intention to cancel the flight with
misunderstanding 1/8 in depth of the dry snowis considered contaminated. After
listening to his opinion, I told him that I would cancel the flight if he feels
uncomfortable to fly and he got so angry and yelled at me that it is not what he
felt but what the regulation describes when we need to cancel. So I told him that I
am not trying to against him but just delivered as how I was trained and ca.lmly
explained him with some references of manuals. He finally accepted and I tried to
keep professional and told him to have a good flight. Later, he called me back to
apologize. So to prepare for similar situations, I study hard and know what I need
to know to deliver the exact reference. Plus, whenever I have some people who
cannot accept different opinions, I try not to be emotional but listening to the
counterpart and explain the purpose of my decision very kindly but calmly when
the counterpart is ready to listen.

asked a question, and if I don't have an answer and I have a bit of time I help the
person get the answer because I might need that infmkormation later too

myself as if I were on treadmill. I run on treadmills for an hour almost every day.
On the moment I run, I want to stop running right away, but as I do know every
single step worths to reach the planned hour, and if I see the task as a 'single

focusing on long run.

one of my classes and the dead line was close to our final exams for the semester.
Everyone was assigned a specific task with the idea that we would work on the
tasks independently and meet every weekend to combine our efforts into our
project. One of my team members was always late to submit her part of the
project before the meetings. When I approached her about it, she blew up at me.I
was taken aback by her response, but I remained calm. I explained again the
reasoning and the importance of working as a team, including her. she relaxed a
little when she saw that I wasn't attacking her. sHe told me that she was not only
a student but also full time employee. She also explained how overwhelmed she
was with a project she had at work. I tried to find how I can help her and our team
at the same time. Eventually, we agreed that she would work on paper formatting
until the last two weeks before the finals, and then starting working on our
project but with more tasks than the others in the team as we got closer to the
finals. When I told this to other members they were happy about it too because
this plan would give them more time to prepare for exams for other classes. As a
result, she was able to focus on her own project at work. Later, SHe apologized
