Using your ATI Reports look at your topics to review- these will be the questions you missed. Compare this to the NCLEX Activity statements for
that area, determine if it is an area with an asterisk * signifying high importance; if so, place an asterisk in the required area on the table with the statement. Then go to the section in the ATI book to review un-asterisked topic and more deliberate focused remediation on the asterisked items. Enter the date of completion in the final column. If after your review you are still unclear on anything, write your question in the last column with the date for future classroom discussion. Example
