The i-Human assignments provide students with an opportunity to experience clinical scenarios through virtual patient encounters.
i-Human is a highly interactive and dynamic way to enhance student learning.
Course Outcomes
This assignment enables the student to meet the following course outcomes:
• CO 1: Independently formulate a management plan addressing health promotion, disease prevention and health protection for
patients and families across the lifespan using evidence-based guidelines. (PO 5)
• CO 4: Demonstrate a command of essential knowledge needed for safe, quality primary care practice as a family nurse
practitioner. (PO 5)
Due Date
Students must complete the assigned i-Human Virtual Patient Encounter and submit required documentation by Sunday at 11:59
p.m. MT.
Students are expected to submit assignments by the time they are due. Assignments submitted after the due date and time will
receive a deduction of 10% of the total points possible for that assignment for each day the assignment is late. Assignments will be
accepted, with penalty as described, up to a maximum of three days late. After that point, a zero will be recorded for the
assignment.
