advantages that kapok offer which positively affect / impact communities and the environment. The
specific achievements they tend to approach are:

The internal analysis emphasizes on sales execution. In order to evaluate this correctly, several
aspects have to be taken into consideration. These aspects of strategic goals, competency of the
organization (salesforce and employees), competitve viability in the market and the market position
(Williams, 2019). It is very important for a (sales) manager to evaluate their current situation in order
to acquire the right / desired outcome.

4.1​Organizational strategic goals

‘’A strategic plan is a document used to communicate the organizational goals within an organization,
the actions needed to achieve those goals and all other critical elements developed during the
planning exercise (Balanced Scorecard Institute, 2021).’’

The focal point of a strategic planning is that organisations management activities are used as a
means of priority setting, focussing on energies and resources and to strengthen operations, which
will assure the company that both employees and stakeholders are working towards a common
goal(s) (Balanced Scorecard Institute, 2021). Below, the seven elements of a strategic plan will be
described and determined for Flocus.

4.1.1​ Mission, vision and core values


Mission

There are two significant mission of company which are 100% child labour free and 100% sustainable
world. In addition, a mission statement of Flocus is an action-oriented which purposes to regenerate
communities and develop economic prosperity as well as having a positive impact.

Vision

A vision statement of a company defines what line of business a company is in, and why it exits or
what purpose it serves. Each company has a different vision and Flocus is not an exception. This
company is the textile industry with providing a naturally sustainable and regenerative alternative.
The long-term vision of the company is resilient in infrastructure as well as reducing CO2 footprint. It
has contributed to climate change impact reduction now and in the future. In addition, a mission
statement of Flocus is an action-oriented which purposes to regenerate communities and develop
economic prosperity as well as having a positive impact.

Company goals

It is said that Flocus is the leading industry which helps the people and the planet. It is am explorer in
the development of a kapok, a textile which leads to carbon footprint reduction on the environment
as well as chases functionality and sustainability. There are two advantages which Kapok offers which
