Teaching Statement
My philosophy of teaching is grounded in the belief that every child can learn and
succeed when supported in a caring and inclusive environment. I see teaching not
just as a profession, but as a calling to positively shape young minds, inspire lifelong
learning, and build confidence in every learner.
Through my academic studies in modules like Inclusive Education (INC3701) and
Curriculum Studies (CUS3701), I’ve come to understand the importance of learner
diversity. I believe that learners have different needs, learning styles, and
backgrounds, and as a teacher, it is my responsibility to adapt my teaching methods
to accommodate them. This includes using visual aids, group work, real-life
examples, and digital tools to ensure all learners are engaged.
