Hospital HR Interview and Nurse Advertisement Project
Assignment Instructions:
a. Select a hospital (fictional: Global General Hospital). Conduct an interview with the
HR Manager about their advertising process.
b. Write an overview (no longer than 1 page) describing your interview with the HR
Manager.
c. Review the hospital’s current online Nurse's advertisement.
d. Create your own advertisement for a nurse’s position using the AIDA process
(Attention, Interest, Desire, Action). Include pictures, color, and important job details.
e. Submit both the overview and your advertisement in one document.
