The policy that sticks out to me is the commuting policy. My wife and I plan on staying in
Marion for the next year or so, so I will be commuting. Having a guaranteed seat on Delta gives
me confidence that I will make it to work on time every day. Aside from that, I have had past
instructors fly for Endeavor who speak very highly of the culture and the company as a whole.
One even claims it's currently the best regional airline. So who wouldn't want to work for a
