Strengths
One of the most important factors that play into a consumer’s purchasing decision is price.
The average price of one of our bicycles is $1,282. Which is lower than any of our
competition. The next lowest firm charges an average of $1,300 for their products.


Weaknesses
Without investing the profits, we are receiving from sales; the money is just sitting in our
bank account not earning us interest. That is free money that we are not taking advantage
of. As of Q7, the firm has only made a one-time investment of $200,000. Which has brought
a return of $3,000. The firm has a current balance of $2,752,361. While we cannot invest all
our cash, we do still have more than enough to increase our total investment.
