My expectations on what I will be learning through this course is
figuring out what specific areas I need to improve on. The areas that
need improvement will be displayed after I take the Professional
Dispositions and Ethics Self-Assessment. There are 5 different
categories for the Professional Dispositions assessment: Intellectual
Courage, Empathy, Growth Mindset, Belonging and All individuals
can learn. The Ethics part of the assessment is broken down into 3
categories: Communication, Integrity and Professionalism. In
general, I have an understanding in all these areas. However, after
taking the self-assessment I now know what sections I need to focus
on more.
