Palmar grasp - Wraps fingers around the examiner's finger when it is placed into the infant's palm



Plantar grasp - Curls toes downward in response to pressure applied to the sole of the foot at the base
of the toes



Babinski - Flexes the big toe when an object is dragged along the sole of the foot from the heel to the
head of the fifth metatarsal
