So, let's get started in extended child's pose.


Extended Child's Pose - CORRECT ANSWER - Spread your knees wide
Bring your big toes to touch

Reach your arms out long in front of you

your focus to your mat.

Take a deep Inhale through your nose
Open-mouth Exhale
In Yoga Sculpt, we use open mouth exhales to release heat from the body.


It will get pretty hot in here, so take breaks whenever you need because I offer few of them
during class.
When you do take breaks, come to a seat with your head over your heart to let your heart come
down.
Avoid returning to child's pose.
Then join us when you're ready.

Lastly, this class incorporates weights, but know that weights are always optional. If you choose
not to use weights you'll still get a great workout.
