Intestino delgado: duodeno, yeyuno, íleon → moco
Hígado → células de kupffer: reciclado de hematíes
Páncreas → jugo pancreático: +++ bicarbonato→ neutralizar acidez estómago

Deglución→ reflejo enterogástrico E
Fisiología Secreción → salival (amilasa+ lipasa) + secretina
Eliminación → reflejo gastrocólico (> peristalsis)

1) inspección: posición, descubierto
Exploración física 2) auscultación: peristalsis c/5-20 segs; ausencia ruidos 3-5 min
3) percusión: timpánica, mate
4) palpación
