Reflection On CliftonStrenths
Over my 45 years, my leadership style can be attributed to my character traits, the role
models I’ve had, and observations from other leaders. All have uniquely impacted my mindset

success because they will enable me to prepare and set a course to accomplish the goals and
visions I have for the future.
