under this section the commissioner of insurance must find that the applicant is eligiable
-designate LA as his or her home state or is a non-resident eligible for a license resident

-has paid required fees
-Maintains an office in home state
-Has written consent of commission or insurance pursuant to federal laws regulating

Limited Claims Adjuster License - answerIf considered necessary by the commissioner
the department may issue limited claims adjuster license to an applicant in the manner
otherwise provided for the issuance or a license under the section
Nonresident Claims Adjuster License - answerUnless denied licensure pursuant to state
law, a nonresident person may receive a nonresident claims adjuster license upon
complying with the following requirements.
Expiration - answerA claims adjuster license will remain in effect unless revoked,
terminated, suspended, or denied renewal or reinstatement, as long as the request for
renewal has been filed, the required fee has been paid and any other requirements for
license renewal are met by due date.
2 - answerEvery licensed claims adjuster shall file an application for renewal of his
license every ___ years by notifying the commissioner of ins. using methods prescribed
by the commissioner, of the licensees intention to continue his license

acceptable of a change of address, phone number, legal name. or any information
