done. They ask Jonathan and Sizzile to prepare a
presentation to explain what the needs analysis
and needs analysis planning would entail as the
first phase. Jonathan and Sizzile ask your help to
prepare a draft presentation outlining needs
analysis planning (4 marks – ½ marks are
awarded) and the key role players in the needs
analysis for Ultimate ScrubsHub. When identifying
the key role players, use the information in Table
3.1 in the 5th edition of the prescribed book.
