frozen or canned fruit and 100% juice - 250 mL/ 1 cup= raw leafy vegetables

Food Guide Serving- Vegetables and - Eat at least one green and one orange vegetable per day. (green vege= broccoli, spinach,
Fruits romaine lettuce. Orange vege= carrots, winter squash, sweet potatoes)

- 35g- one slice of bread, half a pita or tortilla
- 45g- half a bagel
