Research Question One: Are there differences in the average agreement with homosexual
individuals having the right to marry one another among people who were interviewed in
different geographic regions of the United States?
Write a possible corresponding research hypothesis for this research question. Your
response should be about 25 words in length.
Although there are differences in the feelings towards gay marriage, the Northeast
region shows to be more acceptable of gay marriage.
Select the appropriate inferential test for this research question. Your response should
be about 25 words in length.
The inferential test that should be ran here would be the ANOVA F Test due to having
multiple groups requiring a measurement of each.
Justify your choice of inferential test for this research question, including how the scales
of measurement affect this decision. Your response should be about 25 to 50 words in
length.
The ANOVA test is best used here since the need of finding the difference and
determine what the measurement is of their acceptance to gay marriage.
Research Question Two: Are there differences in the average feelings of warmth toward
liberals among people who were interviewed in different geographic regions of the United
States?

Of the provided geographic regions in the United States, the West region showed to
have the highest rate of warmth towards neighboring liberals
