Children's literature refers to the books, stories, and poems written
specifically for young people, from babies to teenagers. These stories
are created to entertain, educate, and help children grow and develop
as individuals. Children's literature can include picture books, novels,
poetry, and other types of texts that are meant to inspire, teach, and
delight young readers.
