Er is gekozen voor de volgende variabelen:

Opdracht 1.1
Allereerst wordt Principal Axis Factoring (PAF) toegepast op variabele X ‘de relatiekwaliteit’
(RQ).

In bovenstaande tabel is te zien dat de KMO 0,9 is, de vuistregel is dat dit minimaal 0,5 moet
zijn. De variabele X voldoet hiermee aan de eis. De variabele hebben voldoende onderlinge

samenhang voor een factoranalyse. De vuistregel is dat sig. kleiner moet zijn dan 0,05. Met
een sig. van 0,000 voldoet variabele X hiermee aan de eis.




Als de eigenwaarde lager is dan 1 vertegenwoordigt de factor te weinig. In bovenstaande
tabel is dit het geval bij 5 factoren (2 t/m 6). Door de eerste factor met een eigenwaarde
hoger dan 1, wordt 85 procent van de 6 variabelen verklaard zoals blijkt bij Cumulative % bij
Sums of Squared loadings.




In de bovenstaande tabel is terug te zien of de schaal van de 6 items door de factor
bevestigd wordt. De grenswaarde is 0,45. Er is geen enkel item dat lager scoort dan deze
grenswaarde. Door deze uitkomsten worden er geen items verwijderd. De Factor Matrix
geeft 1 factor aan, hierdoor is het niet mogelijk om te roteren. De conclusie is dat variabele X
eendimensionaal is.
