PPI, bismuth, metronidazole, and tetracycline for 14 days (PTMB)



Celiac Disease Vitamins - b12, folate, B6, D, iron, folic acid, zinc



HBsAg negative

Anti-HBc negative

Anti-HBs negative - susceptible no infection
