the local FSDO must be notified. Flight must depart from a public airport
adequate for the type of aircraft being used. No aerobatic or formation flight.

Commission (FCC) requires it for flights outside the United States. A restricted
radiotelephone operator's permit is also require for pilots flying internationally or
outside of the United States' control.
