multiple choice questions. Section B has 3 essay-type questions of which you must answer any two.
• Refer to Annexure A (p 9) for the formula sheet.
• Refer to Annexure B (p 10) for factors to determine control limits.
• Refer to Annexure C (p 11) for values to create OC curves.
• Where applicable, show all your calculations. Round off your final answer to two decimal places.
