1.Essentiële begrippen: voeding en invasief
INVASIEF
Voeding Gewone voeding = gewone voedingsmiddelen,
maar anders (evenwichtiger) samengesteld; of
in aangepaste consistentie, smaakversterkers,
selectieve smaaksturing
Klinische voeding Aangepaste voeding (geen gewone
voedingsmiddelen → bijv: eiwitrijke
supplementen, sondevoeding of TPN)


Wordt gegeven omwille van:
o klinische problemen (kauw- slik-
smaak-bewustzijn)
o ter aanvulling (bij onvoldoende
inname of absorptie)
o vervanging van gewone
maaltijden
