complete this pre planning clinical assignment focused on safe patient care and turn into the
instructor’s drop box via simchart no later than 8 hrs prior to clinical. This assignment counts as two (2)
hours of pre planning clinical hours as reported to the Oklahoma Board of Nursing (OBN). Failure to
complete this assignment will result in a clinical absence and the student will not be able to attend
clinical.

description to check remove oversized clothing to check for the child. Report any suspicious
activity to security if description matches prior to confrontation. Do not put yourself in
danger.
