3 hours prep within 60 days
250NM+ XC flight with stops at 3 different airports with 3 different types of approaches.
(Must be along airways or with direct routing from ATC)
Logging actual IFR as PIC: - ANSWER-Appropriately rated/ sole manipulator of
controls.
When do you need an IPC? - ANSWER-after more then 6 months without instrument
currency.
No legally mandated time- generally plan at least 90 mins on the ground, and 2 hours in
the air. May require multiple sessions/ use of an FTD.
