Op basis van een onderzoek op de afdeling neuropsychiatrie naar de huidige en wenselijke situatie met betrekking tot (m.b.t.) valpreventie (zie verslag analyse van kwaliteitsverbetering) zijn er aanbevelingen gedaan om de kwaliteit van deze verhoogd risico-interventie te verbeteren. In dit verslag volgt een planning om een deel van deze aanbevelingen te implementeren op de afdeling. Bevat teamanalyse, implementatiestrategieën, doelen en indicatoren.
