down menu for content is essential. This enables the audience to effortlessly locate the section they are
seeking. Moreover, this drop-down should include an indicator to inform the end-user of the currently
viewed section.



For Stakeholders:
The required website functionality and micro-interactions necessary to meet stakeholder needs
include an interactive contact form. This will enable our "Pexperts" to receive inquiries for one-on-one
consultations while gathering the essential information. Additionally, the website must be appropriately
optimized for SEO, entailing the incorporation of crucial keywords like "new pet consultation" and "new
pet care consultation".
