making them sick - ANSEurope, India and China has banned the use of potassium bromate, foundin

additives within food. Stated that when used properly, will become harmless substance, but if not
converted, measures are in place to minimize amount.
2/28/2023: Artificial sweetener erythritol linked to heart attack and stroke, study finds - ANSTitle. Study
done with 4000 people found that higher blood levels with erythritol have higher chance of developing
cardiac issues, easier to form clot. People in the study are already more likely to develop cardiac events
because the sweetner is marketed to people with diabetes, obesity or metabolic syndrome. Increased in
popularity, they are hidden contributors.
11/25/2023: How to spot carbon monoxide leaks while you travel - ANS3 people dead in NM city due to
lax CO regulations. 200000 CO detectors sent out to cities, especially AirBnB. CO is an odorless, colorless,
toxic gas. Symptoms include headache, dizziness and nausea. Founding of Jenkins Foundation to
advocate for CO monitors and provide data set and insight on CO impact. One dozen people dead from
posionings in past two decades. Numbers may be underreported. Hotels and areas with fuel burning
capacity are encouraged to have CO detectors.

ANSTitle. The changes would leave out high-sugar, low-fat products, unfair rules because it would
malign large companies. It disqualifies large qualities of nutrient dense foods. Violates the right to free
speech. FDA to review information. Consumer Brands Association states that consumers have a right to
truthful information about products. 95% of foods would be eliminated due to an unhealthy label.
Creates barrier for food innovation. If food will not taste good, no one will by it. Healthy claims should
be reserved for truly healthy foods. Fat is better for health than sugar.
