burpee - Answer: From a standing position, drop to the ground, jump your legs
out into a full extension position (you will then be in plank or push-up position),
jump your legs back in, then stand up and jump off the ground with arms up
push up - Answer: an exercise in which a person lies facing the floor and keeping
their back straight, raises their body by pressing down on their hands.
Front Squat - Answer: Bar rest on your chest and squat.
Overhead Squat - Answer: (With weight) Bar rests on your chest, and as you
stand, push the bar into an overhead position.
