Fraction to a power - Answer-If fraction in parentheses:
-the whole fraction times itself x many times
-multiply through
If no parentheses:
-only the number with the exponent is effected

Factoring
-how and what signs to use - Answer-SUM CENTER
-find two numbers that add to middle term and multiply to outside term
-if second sign in original equation is positive, then both signs in parentheses are same
as first sign in equation
