1. the first rhythm in the picture is FIRST DEGREE AV BLOCK- there is a normal regular P wave followed by
a QRS complex but the PR interval is greater than0.20 sec in the ECG strip
2. SINUS BRADYCARDIA-regular P wave followed by a regular occurring QRST but the rate is below 60
bpm
3. THIRD-DEGREE AV BLOCK-no recognizable relationship between atrial and ventricular activity
4. JUNCTIONAL RHYTMN-usually a regular slow heart rate less than 60 bpm, QRS are narrow, no
discernible P waves, P waves are inverted or buried with QRS
5. SUPRAVENTRICULAR TACHYCARDIA-no discernible P wave, regular narrow QRS complex tachycardia
usually with sudden onset and termination with a rate of 150 and more

6. SINUS TACHYCARDIA-regular P wave followed by a regularly occurring QRST but the rate is greater
than 100 bpm
7. IDIOVENTRICULAR RHYTHM-regular slow heart rate, escape rhythm impulses is ventricular in origin
8. ATRIAL TACHYCARDIA impulses originate irregularly and rapidly at different points
9. ATRIAL FIBRILLATION-irregularly irregular narrow complex tachycardia with no discernible P waves
10. MOBITZ TYPE 1, SECOND DEGREE AV BLOCK (WENCKEBACH)- progressive lengthening of the PR
followed by intermittent dropped beat
11. MOBITZ TYPE 11- SECOND DEGREE AV BLOCK - PR intervals are consistent with intermittently
dropped beats
12. THIRD-DEGREE AV BLOCK-- there was no recognizable consistent or meaningful relationship between
atrial and ventricular activity
13. ATRIAL FLUTTER as the rhythm show a saw tooth pattern, like flutter waves
