training can improve productivity and moral by helping employees balance work and
family” as the text to use for my project.
Identify an audience for your project: The main audience for my project is students
looking for ways to better manage their time to become more productive and create
a better school and work-life experience for themselves.
Identify a second audience for your project: Another audience for my project is
teachers and instructors who have many responsibilities such as lesson planning and
providing support to their students while also trying to maintain their personal life.
Describe the writing situation for your project: The writing situation for my project is
to inform students and instructors about the importance of time management
training and the benefits it can have in helping increase productivity.
Explain why each audience is appropriate for the content and writing
situation: Students are an appropriate audience for the context and writing situation
in that they face challenges such as balancing their personal life with school and
work and the article provides information on how to train themselves to manage
their time to better suit their schedule. Instructors and teachers are an appropriate
audience in that they have many responsibilities and having proper time
management skills can help them create a more productive learning environment
and help decrease burnout from juggling work and their personal lives.
