Introduction
The Covid-19 pandemic has drastically changed many facets of society, required quick
adaptation and changed in a number of areas. Examining the development, application,
and consequences of computing technology during the COVID-19 pandemic is the main
goal of this study proposal. This study intends to uncover important trends, challenges,
and possibilities that have evolved as a result of the global health crisis by examining
the nexus of technology and pandemic response. Assuring company continuity,
permitting remote work, enabling online education, and offering telehealth services have
all been made possible by digital technologies (Carroll & Conboy, 2020). According to
Seetharaman (2020), the pandemic has expedited the digital transformation process by
compelling organisations to innovate and embrace novel technologies at a never-
before-seen rate. Naidoo (2020) highlights that although these changes have brought
about advantages, they have also posed notable obstacles, including cybersecurity
risks, digital disparities, and the requirement for efficient digital infrastructure.
Background
Organisations all throughout the world have been forced by the Covid-19 outbreak to
reconsider their operational strategy and adopt digital solutions. In order to preserve
social distance and guarantee the continuation of vital services, remote work tools,
online learning environments, and telehealth services have become increasingly
important (Dwivedi et al., 2020). But the quick transition to digital platforms has also
brought weaknesses to light, such as the digital divide and cybersecurity threats
(Papadopoulos et al., 2020). Numerous important issues that have surfaced during this
time are highlighted in the literature. For example, sustaining the quality of education
