What are your weaknesses? - ANSWER -Patience, I am a very goal
oriented individual, and want results. However, I know I can overcome
this weakness by breaking my goal down in increments, and always
remember wit persistance and perseverance the results will eventually

I sometimes can be over confident. I sometimes find myself over my
head. But, most of the time that I am over my head I asses the
situation, analyze my shortcomings, and plan for the next time.
Tell me about a time you failed? - ANSWER -At Zanzibar, my manager
was on vacation. My boss Donya needed someone to act as manager
for the night (NBA Finals). I stepped up and took on the task. I was
going to be behind the bar, we would have one server and a busser. I
figured we should be good because we usually did not get too busy.
We got crushed! My bar was inadated, kitchen was backed up, server
could not keep up with tables. Multiple people walked out and it was a
complete failure.
However it was a great learning experience because after this failure, i
fell back, reassest at where the short coming were, amended a plan,
