, Questions for the exam of EU Governance
1. Explain which are the challenges to be addressed by both, the UK
and the European Union, for a successful BREXIT.
2. Is the European Union an internal market, a Community of law or
a supranational regional integration bloc?
3. On the basis of the treaties with regard to competences
conferred to EU institutions and their decision-making procedures,
does the European Union institutions operate as a classical
intergovernmental international organization or as a supranational
body?
Furthermore, the EU works more on the basis of intergovernmental
or supranational competences and methods and in which areas?
4. What are the differences between the EU ordinary legislative
procedure (co-decision) and the national legislative procedure in
your own country?

and paragraphs from books or articles. Your personal analysis
would be particularly appreciated.
