o Effect op endocrine cellen

B. Neurohypofyse: = achterste
o Ontstaan hersenen
- Hypothalamus  hormonen vrijgezet dr neuronen in bloedbaan nr neurohypofyse
 Neuronen hypothalamus ontvangt eerst sensorische stimuli (zogen
van kind aan borst)

, o Oxytocine:
 Zuigen à borst => stimulatie mechanoreceptoren
=> oxytocine wordt vrijgezet in neurohypofyse.
 Zorgt voor melkejectie en contractie myoepitheliale cellen.
o ADH:
 Vrijzetting na stimulatie osmo- en rekreceptoren van het vasculair systeem
 BP daling – intravasc volume daalt – voorkomen nog vocht te
verliezen – ADH  constrictie & reabsorptie
 Zorgt voor waterreabsorptie in nieren en arteriolaire constrictie

 tekort à ADH? – heel veel urine verliezen – veel plassen
