DETERMINING FACTORS REGARDING THE SATISFACTION OF HOSPITALIZED PATIENTS IN A PUBLIC HEALTH UNIT
nterconnecting patient safety and satisfaction has become a major goal contributing to the evaluation and continuous improvement of healthcare quality, and is a predictor of future behaviors, patient retention and intention to return for care. For this reason, medical prognosis has been shown to be better in patients who report a high level of satisfaction with the medical care they receive.
