Cleaning - answer- Before disinfecting any surface or item, any visible debris and disposable parts must be removed and the surface or item must be washed with soap and water or a cleaning agent, rinsed thoroughly, and dried before being disinfected. - Surfaces may be wiped with a cleaning agent before being disinfected.
