Digital products: Products (and product/service systems) whose functionality, user
experience, and/or business model is enabled and realized by software.

Internet of things: alledaagse objecten die in verbinding staan en computerkracht gebruiken.
UX: bruikbare systemen ontwerpen. UX bij veel slimme apparaten is nog niet goed.
De UX gaat niet alleen over interfaces en interacties ontwerpen, maar ook over het kunnen
gebruiken tussen meerdere apparaten, de service, de gebruiker moet het concept snappen,
is de service bruikbaar en het platform.
Onderdelen IoT design (meest zichtbaar → minst zichtbaar): UI, Interaction, Industrial,
interusability, conceptual model, service, productization, platform

Shared bike service, Client: Bike sharing company, User: Person using a bike occasionally for
recreation, Example: BikeMi
